Molitor has announced the appointment of Gregory Millon as general manager.
Millon takes the helm during an exciting year for Molitor as it celebrates its 90th anniversary and commemorates a rich, vibrant history.
Born in France, Millon began his career at the Novotel in west London, after graduating with masters from ESAM, Paris.
In 2010, he was appointed operations manager of the Pullman World Trade Centre in Bucharest, Romania, where he oversaw successes including the opening of a new steakhouse restaurant.
After relocating to Poland, Millon took the position of general manager of the Grupa Hotelowa, part of the Orbis group, the biggest hospitality collection in eastern Europe.
He then filled the same role at Poland’s prestigious Sofitel Grand Sopot, a five-star hotel that has been at the heart of Sopot for 90 years.
Now embarking on the next stage of his career at Molitor, Paris, Millon’s leadership and extensive experience in the hospitality industry will be vital in continuing to strengthen the positioning and awareness of Molitor as a unique luxury hotel and artistic creative hub.
Millon commented: “I am delighted to join the Molitor family.
“Molitor is one of Paris’ most vibrant hotels and also one of its most intriguing, with its two iconic swimming pools, the largest spa in the city, and exciting history and backstory.
“Street art fills the hotel, an ode to times gone by when Molitor was a mecca for the Parisian underground street and graffiti art scene.”
