Wyndham Vacation Rentals UK, whose brands include Hoseasons, James Villas and cottages.com, has announced the reorganisation of their senior domestic holidays team to support their future growth plans.
Simon Altham, current Managing director at Hoseasons, moves into the expanded role of managing director – revenue for the entire domestic business.
His responsibilities will span a broad range of commercial functions including product development, online and offline campaigns, e-commerce and all sales and customer service activities.
Altham will also be tasked with leading the growth of the Landal Green Parks programme which recently launched in the UK with the opening of its first two lodge parks.
Nick Rudge, currently managing director of cottages.com, will become managing director – digital, and will be responsible for digital platforms and capabilities, as well as distribution relationships with partners and agents through the existing team that will continue to be led by Sally Henry.
Allan Lambert, who joined WVR UK in 2016 following the acquisition of Blue Chip Holidays and previous roles with Bourne Leisure, moves into the role of managing director – property and portfolio.
Lambert will focus on expanding all product lines across the group, ranging from lodges and parks to cottages and boats, and managing all business development teams in the field as well as product support functions in Lowestoft, Earby, Exeter and Carlisle.
He will also continue to oversee the successful integration of Blue Chip Holidays into WVR UK.
