Seven Hills
Although renowned for its signature Ravioli Uovo, it’s the rest of the menu, seasonal, sensual and dare we say sexy, that keeps people coming back to this neighborhood spot. Get the charred octopus or the maccheroncelli with crushed tomato, chili, basil and house made ricotta.

The exceptionally well executed pasta dishes feature less traditional ingredients like braised water buffalo, preserved limequat and fermented broccoli leaves. We say go all out and get the pasta tasting menu.

A lot of work went into restoring Tosca to its former glory days. With April Bloomfield at the helm, it is making its own history. Try the Rigatoni with sage cream, chicken livers and balsamic vinegar and the famous roasted chicken for two.

It’s all about the pasta at Barzotto–fresh, handmade and dressed with seasonal ingredients from local farms. Don’t overlook the the porchetta though.
