Creative types can build their very own specialty burger with angus beef, lamb, buffalo, chicken salmon, kobe or veggie patties. Toppings include anything from truffle mayo to shrimp. The high rollers in the house have to get the decadent, $60, Rossini burger–Australian wagyu beef, sauteed foie gras, and shaved black Périgord truffles on an onion brioche.

The shining star here is the Peanut Butter Crunch Burger! Don’t knock it until you’ve tried it. This baby is made with bacon jam, pimento cheese, crunchy potato chips and peanut butter.
