Safari Air has received a new Cessna Grand Caravan aircraft.
According to Stuart Parker, Desert & Delta’s Business Development Manager, the new aircraft will improve the tourist experience when being transferred between camps. Guests will be able to view game and the landscape from the air, as they head from one camp to the next.
The aircraft can take can take up to 12 passengers.
The Safari Air fleet now comprises four Cessna Caravans, one Quest Kodiak 100, and five Gippsland GA8 Airvans. There are future plans to expand the Grand Caravan fleet.
As part of the Chobe Holdings group, Safari Air provides air transport services to both Desert & Delta Safaris and Ker & Downey Botswana.
