The Regency Apartment Hotel is the latest luxury lifestyle development in the Menlyn Node, and is set for completion in June.
The R350 million development provides easy access to the Menlyn business district, the Menlyn Park shopping mall, and is about 30 minutes from OR Tambo International Airport.
This is will be the first Regency hotel, and has been created by Key Spirit Development in partnership with the md of Regency Hotel Group, Siyanda Dlamini’s soon to be launched hotel management company.
