whenever I find myself in the vicinity of Philadelphia, I make the pilgrimage to ol’ Dalessandro’s to worship the cheese steak gods. The fresh cut ribeye, grilled onions, provolone cheese, and fresh Italian bread make for one heck of a sandwich. Hands down the best steak in Philly, and I’ve tried a lot of them. – Gregory

Just follow the smell of the grill-cooked beef and onions on South Street and you’ll arrive at Jim’s Steaks. Yeah, there is usually a wait but you can check out the celebrity photos that line the wall or the guys that prepare these cheesesteak masterpieces.
