The Polish carrier LOT will relaunch flights from Newark to Warsaw beginning April 28.
LOT will operate the flight four times per week, complementing the airline’s daily service to New York Kennedy. LOT last flew to Newark in 2012.
“Newark is one of the most important airports to the Polish diaspora on the East Coast of the United States,” LOT CEO Rafal Milczarski said in a prepared statement. “I am pleased that we are able to relaunch that route after a break lasting several years, ensuring our fellow countrymen the most comfortable flights to Poland.”
Tickets for the Newark-Warsaw service will go on sale Tuesday.
