The fourth edition of the North India Travel Awards, honoured the leaders of the travel and tourism industry in the region, at The Lalit New Delhi. At the ceremony, Hanneli Slabber, Regional General Manager, Asia, Australasia, the Middle East for South African Tourism was honoured as the DDP Game Changer.
The Gallery of Legends recognition was conferred on Krishan Kumar Amla, Chairman and Managing Director of Broadway Enterprises. Sujit Banerjee, Secretary-General, WTTC India Initiative got acknowledged as the Legend in Public Service. Pankaj Srivastava, Commercial Director and Board Member of Air India won the DDP Trailblazer Award and Face of the Future went to Amit Sankhala, Managing Director of Encounters Asia.
The event was graced by the presence of Vijay Goel, Minister of State for Statistics and Programme Implementation, who was the Chief Guest at the event. The ceremony also saw the presence of Dr Marisha Kaul, Gladrags Mrs India – North, along with prominent leaders of the travel industry.
The event was graced by notables and dignitaries of the travel industry and brought more than 150 stars of the travel industry under one roof.
