John Richards was president of North American operations for Starbucks from 1997 to 2001. He has also been CEO of Elizabeth Arden Red Door Salons and held a variety of jobs at Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts from 1987 to 1997.
Most recently he was CEO of The Joint Corp., a chain of chiropractic outlets. Early in his career, he was chief marketing officer at Royal Viking Line.
