Fitness company Equinox has begun taking online reservations for its first hotel, which is scheduled to open this June in Manhattan’s Hudson Yards development.
According to the hotel’s website, the Equinox is taking reservations starting July 15.
Each of the property’s 212 rooms, including 48 suites, will feature a variety of sleep-enhancing amenities, including a total-blackout window system and soundproofing.
Among the hotel’s most notable amenities will be its 60,000-square-foot Equinox Fitness Club, the brand’s largest. Hotel guests will have access to the Equinox Fitness Club for the duration of their stay and can opt for group fitness classes, private Pilates and personal training services, among other programming.
The property will also house an outpost of the brand’s personalized training club, E by Equinox, as well as a spa specializing in recovery-based treatments.
Restaurateur Stephen Starr will helm the Equinox’s restaurant and bar. The dining venue will feature an 8,000-square-foot outdoor terrace that promises views of Manhattan and the Hudson River.
Guests will be able to order from an in-room dining menu, which, in addition to food and beverages, will showcase a selection of on-demand IV vitamin drips designed to boost energy or hydration.
Room rates at the Equinox Hotel Hudson Yards start at $700 per night for a Superior King room.
