CapeNature has announced a tourism prize freeze on entrance fees, camping, hiking and accommodation tariffs at its reserves across the Western Cape, until August 31, 2020.
This means that visitors get to spend their time at the reserves at 2018 rates.
The announcement forms part of the entity’s mandate to manage, conserve and promote human, natural and heritage assets through best practice, access, benefit sharing and sustainable use.
CapeNature operates all the reserves in the Western Cape, which include 24 nature reserves stretching from the Boland to the Garden Route region.
