There’s not a big population of expats in Singapore, but it’s got a big spend on healthcare, plus favorable tax laws, and the best healthcare in Asia (6th best in the world). It’s not free, but it’s more than affordable. Plus, have we mentioned the amazing food?

Oh Canada. You’re an expat cliche, but for a reason. Canada ranked first on healthcare and cost of living, and if you’re averse to learning another language, you’re in luck, eh?
