From July 30, Airlink will increase capacity on its Johannesburg-Walvis Bay services, in response to market demand.
The airline will introduce one of its newly acquired 74-seat Embraer 170 E-Jets to the route, with 68 seats in economy class and six in business class. Previously the route was operated by an Embraer 135 regional jet with a capacity of between 37 and 44 passengers.
The E-Jet cabin layout features two-two seating with every seat offering either a window or an aisle option.
Benefits for Airlink passengers include Voyager Miles, and convenient seamless connections with SAA and its global partner flights.
