Adrift Uganda will rebrand to Wild Horizons Uganda from September 1.
Leanne Haigh CEO of Adrift East Africa, said the strategic rebranding exercise would align two of the strongest white-water rafting and activity brands. Both entities will retain their current management structures and operate independently of each other but will share expertise to drive both brands more strategically.
Wild Horizons and Adrift brands are part of the Tourvest Accommodation and Activities division (TAA) and already enjoy a strong partnership.
Gary Elmes, CEO of TAA, says the strengthening of the Wild Horizons brand as the dominant activity provider within the Tourvest Group has been a long-term strategy that will deliver better product and better value to the adventure-seeking consumer.
