Hyatt is making huge strides in becoming one of the most eco-friendly hotel brands in the world. Their vision for sustainability includes goals from emissions and water use reduction to responsible purchasing and building practices. Hyatt at Olive 8 is a perfect example of their efforts — it was the first LEED certified hotel in Seattle and it has a number of cool green features, including a plant-covered rooftop that helps insulate the hotel.
