Resorts World Las Vegas has released new details about its LXR Hotels & Resorts project, which is one of three Hilton-flagged properties set to open next summer as part of the $4.3 billion Las Vegas Strip megacomplex.
The 230-room Crockfords Las Vegas LXR Hotels & Resorts will be one of Hilton’s first LXR properties in the U.S. It will also mark the U.S. debut for luxury resort and gaming club brand Crockfords, which is owned by Resorts World parent company Genting Group.
Hilton launched its LXR Hotels & Resorts collection of luxury independent properties in 2018.
The Crockfords Las Vegas will feature its own entrance and lobby, creating what Resorts World calls a “resort within a resort experience.” Guests at all three Resorts World properties will have access to the complex’s shared gaming, dining and entertainment amenities.
Accommodation types at the Crockfords Las Vegas will include 550-square-foot Superior Guestrooms and one- to three-bedroom Superior Suites, each spanning between 1,100 to 3,000 square feet. At the higher end, the property will offer two 4,000-square-foot Presidential Suites and five residential-style Pool Villas and Palaces, which will range in size from 3,300 to 7,000 square feet.
A four-bedroom, 6,000-square-foot Chairman’s Villa will also be available, featuring a private balcony and panoramic views of the Las Vegas Strip.
In addition to the Crockfords Las Vegas, Resorts World Las Vegas will include a Hilton with more than 1,770 rooms and a Conrad with more than 1,500 rooms. Further details on those properties and their guestrooms were revealed back in June.
Hilton, which has been absent from the Las Vegas Strip since 2012, is one of several traditional hoteliers making new high-end plays within the Vegas market.
Marriott International has paired with the developers of the Drew Las Vegas to open both a JW Marriott and an outpost of its upscale Edition brand in 2022, while Dream Hotel Group announced plans to open a Dream Las Vegas casino hotel at the southern end of the Strip in 2023 earlier this year.
