Avani Hotels & Resorts has made its debut in Kenya with the signing of its first property, The Avani Nairobi Suites.
Currently under construction in Westlands, Nairobi, the hotel is expected to open at the end of the year.
The hotel will feature 120 guest suites – 90 one-bedroom, 20 two-bedroom and 10 three-bedroom serviced apartments. The suites will offer floor-to-ceiling windows and private terraces with cityscape views.
Facilities will include a rooftop bar overlooking the city skyline, a restaurant, gym and an indoor heated swimming pool.
The hotel will be a 40-minute drive from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
