Ethiopian Airlines has upped capacity on the Gaborone-Victoria Falls-Addis Ababa route by replacing the Boeing 737-800 with a Boeing 787, effective October 27.
Mesay Ayalew, the airline’s Area Manager for Gaborone, told Tourism Update that the increase in capacity was to accommodate increasing passenger demand and enhance the overall travel experience.
The flight operates on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Flight ET829 departs Addis Ababa at 08h35 and arrives in Victoria Falls at 12h05. It then departs Victoria Falls at 13h05 and arrives in Gaborone at 14h20. Return flight ET829 departs Gaborone at 15h20 and arrives in Addis Ababa at 21h35.
