Nakuru County in Kenya has revealed plans to build a new waterfront at tourist destination, Lake Naivasha.
The waterfront, which will serve as a public entry point into the lake, will be funded and by the Kenyan national government and cost an estimated US$3 million.
It will feature hotels, recreational and entertainment facilities.
The project is expected to begin in March 2020 and take about 18 months to complete.
