Santorini Mozambique in Vilanculos has built and launched its own wooden dhow and is now offering a sunset dhow cruise for guests as well as short trips to Pansy Shell Island. The activity runs with a minimum of two guests per trip, but is also a joint activity to be shared with other guests.
The dhow was handcrafted in the bay next to Santorini and has the same design as the local fishing boats. There is seating with lounging cushions, an on-board traditional fire pit for freshly grilled food and a motor, should the wind not be favourable.
