The 2019 Experience Africa tradeshow will take place from June 24-26, 2019, at the Canary Wharf venue in London.
The three-day event, which is driven by the African Travel and Tourism Association (Atta), is the only tradeshow in the UK and Europe that focuses exclusively on African and Indian Ocean travel and tourism products, connecting suppliers from these regions with key, handpicked UK and European travel industry buyers.
African and Indian Ocean Islands suppliers will include industry players from across the board, such as accommodation, transportation and excursions, tourist boards, airlines (domestic and international), and attractions and activities. Buyer companies reach across both established companies currently selling Africa and new companies looking to start selling Africa. These include sectors encompassing worldwide tour operators with Africa-specific sales departments, Africa specialist tour operators, adventure/overland operators, bespoke concierge operators, travel agents, leisure/resort operators, MICE operators, selected European operators, and selected media.
The tradeshow offers one-on-one networking opportunities for participants, with up to 42 appointments that can be pre-scheduled on Experience Africa’s online match-making portal. There will also be eight seminars taking place, covering topics pivotal to the industry: five Discover Seminars, and three Destination Seminars.
