Jurys Inn has appointed Julieann Brennan as its new head of human resources.
Brennan begins her new role with over 20 years of senior management experience in the hospitality industry, having held various roles throughout Jurys Inn.
Most recently, she was senior regional operations manager with the company, where she was responsible for 12 hotels across the Jurys Inn and Leonardo Hotels UK & Ireland.
Prior to this, she held the position of head of franchise hotels at Amaris Hospitality, and various regional operations manager roles across the UK, Ireland and Prague.
In her new position, Brennan will be responsible for leading the overall people strategy for Jurys Inn Group, covering areas such as recruitment and selection, learning and development, employee engagement, employer relations and compensation and benefits.
She will also play a key role in building out a strong talent pipeline as the group embarks on an ambitious expansion plan, and managing Jurys Inn’s recent partnership with Scope and The Cedar Foundation.
The appointment follows the recent announcement that Jurys Inn has assumed responsibility for the management of Leonardo Hotels across the UK, making her responsible for developing HR initiatives for a total of 3,000 employees across the group.
