Air Tanzania will launch flights to Entebbe, Uganda, on August 26 and to Bujumbura, Burundi, on August 30.
According to Josephat Kagirwa, Head of Corporate Communications and PR for Air Tanzania, a Bombardier Dash 8 Q400 will be deployed on both routes, with a capacity of 79 passengers. Both flights will depart Dar es Salaam at 09h30.
Kagirwa told Tourism Update that Air Tanzania would operate return flights every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday to Bujumbura, and every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday to Entebbe.
