Saddle Skedaddle, a UK-based cycling holiday specialist, has added two new routes in Eswatini (Swaziland) to its portfolio.
Cycling Safari is an 11-day tour with stops at the well-known Ngwenya Glass factory, Mlilwane Wildlife Sanctuary and Hlane Royal National Park. The trip gives guests the chance to experience Eswatini’s quiet backroads and off-road trails while cycling between 20km and 45km a day. The itinerary includes time for relaxation as well as cultural and safari experiences.
The Singletrack and Sundowners tour is an 11-day trip exploring some of the country’s best mountain bike trails. It combines technical mountain biking with cultural and wildlife stops, travelling through the Swazi Highlands, Ezulwini Valley and Mbuluzi Forest, amongst others. Riders will travel between 25km and 65km a day.
The accommodation gives guests a broad range of experiences and ranges from thatched huts to tented camps in secluded nature reserves. Prices begin at £2 395 per person and include accommodation, airport transfers, a guide throughout the tour and breakfasts daily.
