Pilgrimage town of Shirdi in the state of Maharashtra will get its first Hilton property by March 2019. Hilton and DoubleTree by Hilton have recently announced the signing of the management agreement with Trillion Real Estate and Properties Private Limited. This will add one more property to Hilton’s list in India making the total 19.
“With five DoubleTree by Hilton properties currently operating in India, DoubleTree by Hilton Shirdi will mark the brand’s sixth property in the pipeline in this burgeoning market,” said Dianna Vaughan, Senior VP and Global Head, DoubleTree by Hilton.
The property will have 125 rooms, a banquet hall and four meeting rooms, along with an outdoor pool, a fitness centre as well as three food and beverage outlets including an all-day dining restaurant.
