What Makes It Cool: This posh Mexico City hotel is celebrating the fifth anniversary of J&G Grill Mexico with a specially curated, five-course menu designed by five chefs: Chef de Cuisine Olivier Deboise Méndez will welcome Chef Ken Nakano from Market in Vancouver; Chef Juan Peña from Fern in Puerto Rico; Chef Rachel Wiener from J&G Grill in Deer Valley, Utah; and Tara Bryan, who is responsible for chef training at Culinary Concepts Hotel Group, the parent company of J&G Grill.
