New Zealand has witnessed a steady increase in arrivals from India with 53,424 travellers visiting the destination as of March 2017 (a YOY increase of 14.9%). This campaign aims to position the Air New Zealand-Singapore Airlines partnership as a preferred carrier of choice for New Zealand travel.
Speaking about the partnership, Steven Dixon, Regional Manager-South and Southeast Asia, Tourism New Zealand, said, “We are really pleased to be launching this campaign with our partners Air New Zealand and Singapore Airlines. New Zealand is the ultimate destination for many Indian travellers and this special promotional fare provides a great opportunity to turn their dream holiday into reality.”
Commenting upon the joint venture, David Lim, General Manager- India, Singapore Airlines, said, “Singapore Airlines offers 98 weekly connections from 11 cities in India to Singapore and together with our partner- Air New Zealand, we provide over 25 weekly, onward connections to three cities (Auckland, Christchurch and Wellington) in New Zealand. Working closely with our destination partner- Tourism New Zealand, we are delighted to connect the Indian traveller seamlessly to all the iconic Kiwi experiences.”

The campaign aims to increase the number of Indian visitors to New Zealand from cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Kochi, Coimbatore, Thiruvananthapuram and Vishakhapatnam through special promotional fares.
