Serena Luxury Resorts & Hotels has unveiled new offerings at the Dar Es Salaam Serena Hotel, Tanzania.
The new Jahazi restaurant uses local produce and hires from the local area, and offers an à la carte menu with seafood delicacies.
The redecorated Serengeti restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, and has salad and dessert islands, and active cooking stations. Themed offerings include a seafood night on Wednesdays, Indian night on Thursdays, Taste of Africa barbecues on Fridays and family brunches on Sundays.
The Kibo Bar and Terrace, which opens this week, is an outdoor bar restaurant serving light meals and beverages/cocktails.
The Maisha gym and spa has been upgraded and now offers a steam room and sauna with his and hers options and a new aerobics classroom. The gym has been expanded and equipped with new machines and equipment by Technogym.
Other upgraded areas include a new lobby with a water feature, a new coffee shop and a pool bar.
