A total of about 2.12 million Chinese holiday-makers departed from the top 10 major port cities including Shanghai, Haikou, Guangzhou, Yantai, Dalian and Tianjin. The figure marks an increase of 91% year on year.

Zheng Weilang, Secretary General of CCYIA and Executive Vice Chairman, said that China would make attempts to enhance the manufacturing of cruise liners and also improving the efficiency of its ports as well as the capacity of all its cruise liners.
