The $230 million hotel project is slated for a debut at the end of 2018. It will have 140 rooms and will generate 400 permanent jobs (along with 400 construction jobs).
The hotel will be Four Seasons’ third property in the region, along with Anguilla resort (which was formerly a Viceroy) and its flagship resort in Nevis. The formerly stalled project will reportedly include a hotel and an 18-hole golf course and a residential real estate component.
