During the Pune edition of the event, five travel startups took the stage to pitch their ideas in front of a panel of judges comprising industry experts and active angel investors. DoView Holidays with their product C Cube took the spotlight, emerging as the common choice of the judges. Indian Angels Network and Mumbai Angels also invited C Cube for an elevated pitch session.
Amadeus selected Global Travel Exchange to be a part of the Amadeus Next community. It simplifies the process of putting together trip plans for travel agents and also offers another tool for consumers to easily find suitable travel packages. The startup community will help them further fine tune the product and add more value for their customers.
Pune Angels selected Enrouto for an elevated pitch session. Enrouto is a platform for solo travellers to connect to travel together by matching them on the basis of their preferences.
The day started with investors from Pune Angels and Mumbai Angels engaging in discussions about the investment trends seen in India followed by the pitching session. Investronaut, a startup accelerator based in Pune, also hosted a session for startups to highlight the importance of Business Model Canvas.
The participating startups, apart from the opportunity to showcase their product in front of the travel community, also got the chance of having one on one discussion with the panel members to discuss the finer details of their businesses and receive crucial inputs.

Travel StartupKnockDown+ at TTF Pune turned out to be a very good competition. As a winner I believe now I have more responsibilities to look after. Such platforms are every important for the budding startups, motivating them to think more and execute accordingly. We also had a stall at TTF Pune where we got the opportunity to give presentations to a lot of travel agencies.
