One of Gogobot users’ favorite places for Sonoran dogs, R&R serves them up with bloody marys or craft beer (or hey, go crazy and chow down on dogs and mimosas for Sunday brunch.)
Short Leash Hot Dogs
by: jeffreyw flickr – Courtesy: Gogobot
Both the brick and mortar location and mobile food truck serve hot dogs on warm na’an bread “buns” and your choice of toppings – there’s even a vegan dog option. If you’re feeling adventurous, try the Lady: a beast of a dog slathered with chipotle cream cheese, sauteed onions and fried pickles.
Spoke & Wheel Tavern

This sports bar is a favorite among local cyclists, as well as local Sonoran dog lovers – the all-beef Mexican-style dog is smothered in pico de gallo, mustard, jalapeno green sauce, white beans and bacon.
Alice Cooper’stown

Fans of rock n’ roll will love this place even if they don’t order a hot dog, but for those up to the challenge, order the famous 22-inch one.
Joe’s Farm Grill

There are plenty of fresh and healthy options at Joe’s, but we recommend going straight for the Carolina Dog: 100% beef topped with pulled pork and cole slaw, served atop grilled Texas toast. Not particularly healthy, but you’d be remiss if you didn’t try it.
Portillos

Their Chicago-style dogs are famous and a bargain at only $2.65 a pop. If you’re not familiar with Chicago style, know that it means mustard, relish, chopped onions, sliced tomatoes, pickles and peppers – whether you want it that way or not.
Wimpy’s Paradise

Order the award-winning Pittsburgher dog, which earned the restaurant Phoenix’s Best Hot Dog accolade in 2015, and wash it down with one of their old-fashioned malts or milkshakes.
Chase Field

Yes, we’re talking the stadium here! Gogobot users love the classic, gourmet foot-long ballpark dog at Chase Field. Ah, America.
